Terms of Service

By using the EnteOrma application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Use of the App

EnteOrma is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the content you create and store within the app.

2. Data Ownership

You own all the data you enter into EnteOrma. Since the app is offline-first, your data remains on your device unless you choose to export an encrypted backup to your linked "Local Vault".

3. Medical Disclaimer

EnteOrma is not a medical device. It is designed for lifestyle organization, journaling, and personal reflection. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, including dementia, Alzheimer's, or other cognitive conditions. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice.

4. Responsibility for Backup & Encryption Passwords

Because EnteOrma stores data locally, we are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to device failure, app deletion, or loss of access. We strongly recommend linking a **Local Vault** and enabling **Nightly Auto-Backup** regularly. If you choose to set a PIN or encrypt your backups with a password, you are solely responsible for remembering that password. We have no way to recover or reset passwords for your local data.

5. Premium Upgrades & Monetization

EnteOrma uses a "Freemium" model:

6. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

EnteOrma is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
