By using the ORMA application, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
ORMA is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You are responsible for the content you create and store within the app.
You own all the data you enter into ORMA. Since the app is offline-first, your data remains on your device unless you choose to manually export an encrypted backup.
Because ORMA stores data locally, we are not responsible for any data loss that occurs due to device failure, app deletion, or loss of access. We strongly recommend using the manual Backup feature regularly. If you choose to encrypt your backups with a password, you are solely responsible for remembering that password. We have no way to recover or reset passwords for your local backups.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the app at any time. We will endeavor to provide notice of any major changes that might affect your data.
ORMA is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. In no event shall we be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the app.
