Frequently Asked Questions

What is EnteOrma?

EnteOrma is a "reflection device" designed to help you capture and remember your day. Unlike productivity apps that focus on what you need to do next, EnteOrma focuses on what has already happened, creating a calm, chronological timeline of your life.

Is EnteOrma a to-do list or a planner?

No. EnteOrma is specifically designed not to be a to-do app. It doesn't have deadlines, notifications for tasks, or goals. It is a quiet space for notes, photos, and voice memos meant for reflection and memory recall.

Is EnteOrma free to use?

Yes, you can start using EnteOrma for free. You can capture up to 50 entries (notes, photos, or voice memos) to see how the app fits into your daily routine. To unlock the Infinite Timeline and additional premium features, we offer a simple, one-time upgrade.

What does Premium unlock?

Upgrading to Premium unlocks the Infinite Timeline (unlimited entries), Biometric Lock (fingerprint/Face ID security), and advanced search and backup capabilities to keep your sanctuary safe forever.

Where is my data stored? (Privacy)

EnteOrma is an offline-first application. All your notes, photos, and recordings are encrypted and stored only on your device. We do not use cloud servers to store your personal memories, ensuring your data remains completely private and under your control.

Does EnteOrma support voice notes and photos?

Yes. EnteOrma allows you to capture raw fragments of your day using text, high-quality voice memos, and photos. These are automatically organized into a beautiful, easy-to-browse timeline.

Is EnteOrma helpful for people with memory concerns?

Yes. EnteOrma is designed with a "gentle scaffold" philosophy. It is thoughtfully designed to help ground users who may forget daily events, providing them with a private, secure record they can return to whenever they need clarity.

Can I lock my journal?

Yes. To protect your private sanctuary, EnteOrma supports biometric locks (fingerprint or Face ID) and secure PIN codes, ensuring that only you can access your timeline.

Is EnteOrma a medical or diagnostic tool?

No. EnteOrma is a thoughtfully designed personal memory journal. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition. If you have concerns about memory loss or cognitive decline, please consult a qualified healthcare professional.
